Footer too wide - but only on some pages.

I am having this wierd problem, the footer is perfect on some pages, but then becomes wide on others.

You have some malformed HTML within your category.tpl file.

I can tell this by the fact that it only occurs when your category displays products, also you grid to list toggle link does not function, re-instate a fresh copy of the file and it will fix this.
