How to add a column to Import/export contrib

Hello, after installing a module of Fido-x, the products table in the database has a new column, "features".

I am successfully using the module import / export of Juergen Neuhoff but does not export this new column. I tried then to add it to the file admin / model / tools / export.php, for example, simply duplicating the already existing column "locations" and calling it "featured". It works up to the generation of the excel file, the problem is that I have an error in the re-importation of the same file.

Someone has already had this problem or knows how I can solve?
