how to display limited numbers orders

is any way setup operator user group see limited orders at back end area such as only recent 200 orders or latest 20 days. any extension can match this need? any recommendations are welcome. thank you

After you have installed the Extension and tested it, in the Admin User Group Setting,
create a limited CUSTOM ADMIN Access Account, set ONLY with Access Rights as shown on the image.

Different Extensions exist as well, to even hide those Admin Menu Sections, you don't want to show anyone,
but I have not yet tested such:

As a result of such, they can ONLY use on the Admin Section, what you allow 'em ....
