i add a chinese language pack into v0.78
After i input Chinese character new product, categories, info.... but all Chinese character display ?quition mark.
so i login into mysql data seen data are "?????" coding.
if i input Chinese character into mysql db, they resume correct Chinese characters
it is a bug?? plesase HELP

your database collation needs to be set to utf8_general_ci
In phpmyadmin run this query
ALTER DATABASE `database_name` COLLATE 'utf8_general_ci';
