need some maintenance work done and some issues fixing

I have tried to get answers in the main forum for issues i have with my OC, most of which, the answers are cryptic to me. I need someone to to undertake the maintenance work that may need doing, i will list the issues below. Some back ground info on my store, the core files have been modified because i wanted it so that i had two sites, one the customer sees and the other where check out happens and that the payment processor see, the reason for this is nothing illegal, the payment processors dont like terms like modded, chipped, glitched, hacked etc etc...i sell games consoles and some have chips installed so they are modded, this is perfectly legal its just they payment processors dont want to get involved but they will do if they can charge you 15%..so to get around this i had it set up so that when i create a listing i am doing it for two sites, the one the customer sees which will say modded, chipped etc etc, then there is a secondary field for the alt site for the same product but it will say diagnostic pcb, upgraded etc etc, this has worked very well and dont want it messed up.

1. My customers or myself cant see any order/transaction history, its just not there, someone mentioned it might be something to do with the square pay extension.
2. I would like to be able to host files that are needed for products i sell on my MEGA account instead of them being hosted by my hosting service, they will charge to much..if its something that can be easily implemented.
3. General tidying up and any other issues that need attention
