Person needed to edit Checkout Page to my needs

I want any person to help me out with this method..

I need Custom Checkout (ONE PAGE ONE STEP ONLY)..

My budget is low and i can pay with PayPal/PerfectMoney.

Thing i need is..

Go to these websites and go to any product and click on buy and check their checkout pages etc. One Page One Step only.. I need something like this..

When customer in my website is in product area.. When he clicks buy, A Popup form should appear and details which i want there and then he click send and i receive details as per method in Admin area.

Please quote me best prices, I want one person.. My budget is low so please contact ASAP. Need it ASAP

Your thin white lettering on light green is difficult to read.

In addition to perusing the link paulfeakins suggested, you can also look into tying straight into PayPal's Express Checkout product by product if restrictions for your area allow it. Overall, you'll probably be best off perusing the link.
