move opencart to other hosting or dedicated server

hi ,just want ask if any body can help move current opencart to new vps or dedicated server, couse current hosting alway down, need move to new place without changing the content,and the new server install cpanel easy for managed.thx

Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

Any 1 can help? Now already have cloud install with ubuntu 14.04 64bit with lamp,,,,but php only install with standard ,still dunno what php module and libraly need by opencart....

Any 1 can offer the services?
