I received this email from PayPal. All of my online orders are now filed as missing orders. Once a customer pays for his order, PayPal is not communicating with my site. The payment does go through fine. http://www.casterracingmi.com Can someone help me with this?

Hello Renea Claerhout,

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Thanks,
PayPal

This is quite a common problem:

It's often caused by having the wrong address in PayPal or your hosting company blocking the callback request.

For quick, professional OpenCart support please email info@antropy.co.uk
