Develop a working extension for the klarna checkout module for Version 3.0.3.2 ?

Hi ,
I am looking for someone that could develop a working extension for the klarna module for Version 3.0.3.2
Klarna themselves will not upgrade existing version 2.0.1.1 , not what I know for the moment.

Anyway my budget is low, please keep that in mind.
