Help needed setting up 2Checkout and 2checkout api

Opencart Version 3.0.3.2

I need some help setting up 2Checkout payment extensions. They have never worked properly so I have been using Paypal only. I think it's a good idea to give customers an extra payment option.
The 2Checkout standard extension does not return customers to the store and therefore the order ends up as 'missing status'. I have to manually update it to processing and notify the customer. And 2checkout api returns a 'bad request parameter error' message after the customer enters their card number.
And lastly, the Paypal standard does not automatically notify the customer after they have placed the order and paid. I have to manually notify the customer.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have tried that. I still get "Bad request - parameter" error.
