Opencart and PHPbb integration

Hllo, this question is asked several times but no solution posted regarding this, maybe required lot of work in database connectivity.
So, we are looking for a developer which have experience in doing this...
In detail, We are looking for opencart 2.1.0.2 and phpbb 3.3 forum integration.
Opencart has its own login system. Phpbb is a forum which has its own login system.
So I was looking if anyone created an account in opencart store, so he didn't need to create an account in PhpBB again for posting anything....
And if created account in phpbb then no need to create in opencart. We will take all open cart fields in phpbb fields during registration.
So you can call sync or linking... Of login/registration. We don't want any change/modification in opencart, so no effect in the existing store. All changes need to be done in the phpbb part.
Admin login can be different for both, and not necessary to combine.
Is this possible and you can do it... what's the expected time required for this integration. Waiting for your answer.

You won't be able to sync existing account passwords, that's for sure. Because most likely OpenCart and PHPbb have different encryption algorithms. But it is possible to add modifications to BOTH OpenCart and PHPbb to create accounts and update passwords in the future. You can't avoid adding modification to OpenCart, every other solution would be completely stupid and unreliable.

Thanks for the feedback. Which type of modification you think is necessary in opencart?
Do you want to say, new accounts can access opencart/phpbb with same password, but old accounts will not?
Do you provide this service ?
