I need help with two things

Opencart version 3.0.3.2 with custom theme.
First problem. After order is placed the checkout success page only says "success" and continue button.
Second problem when I use the opencart extension installer it won't install it just say "error undefined"

I did all this and it didn't work. I got a guy working on this and he said the problem is unusual and only theme maker can fix this.

Don't forget to: Refresh Ocmod Modifications, Clear Theme Cache, Sass cache.

Always do. Did not worked. Default theme it works fine. OXY theme not so much
