Adapt theme for mobile view?

Hey guys, how u doing?

Right now I'm using a theme that I really like but the mobile view is really small and it doesn't seem to be adapted for mobiles, it's just a miniature of the desktop view of the website.

Products in the cart, for example, show as a table and in order to see quantities and other stuff the customer needs to slide from left to right the whole time, is quite annoying.

Is there a way to "improve" the mobile view of this theme?

Yeah I asked the theme developer to see what we can do about it.

Thing is, the website on the mobile looks weird. The products in the cart are an horizontal table and in order to see it fully you need to slider from left to right the whole time, is quite annoying and not friendly for mobile users which are 90% of our customers probably.
