Paid Work: Problems with site read for more

Hi to everyone,

we have some problems regarding modification system. Everytime i push clear i have to log out and log in again and hit refresh to take the changes. Also many times i cannot see changes, i have to manually clear cache from ftp, and in system/storage/modification to delete everything to see the changes(i have applied the fix for having storage inside system dir). I use cloudflare and Journal 3 theme and my opencart is 3.0.3.3. The weird is that i have a clone site and everything is working fine (in another server and clean install, but have the same extensions except 3-4 that require register). Also we need to check for bug fixes for this version(3.0.3.3) and apply if any. Site speed is also a matter for us although everyone saying that journal is slow (i know) but we pay for a good server and we would like to see if any improvements could be done.
