Add Payment Module of a Local Bank

Hello,

We have our webpage built, and about to launch.
As the final step, we want to replace current payment method (Stripe) to payment redirect of our local bank.
We want the payment procedure to be off-site. That there will be a button, once clicked by the customer, will redirect to page of the bank for payment.

We have received some instructions, documentation, as well as API from our bank. Unfortunately the bank has plugins for Magento and Joomla, but not for Opencart. They also provide a very easy option to add it for native developed pages. However, this doesn't work in Opencart that simply. I tried it, couldn't manage.

I need someone to help me add this "proceed to payment" button into my checkout page safe and functioning. I also have background in IT, just not with PHP knowledge. Nevertheless will be happy to assist you in your process if needed.
