Opencart 3.0.3.2 - 500 Server Error - Out of Memory

Hi,
I need help from developers who could look into this issue. The server is running OC 3.0.3.2 + Journal 3
Accessing to our OpenCart web site returns a "500 Server Error" and the following error appearing in public_html/error_log:
[08-Dec-2020 21:01:14 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 242294784) (tried to allocate 67108872 bytes) in /home/erestaur/public_html/vqmod/vqmod.php on line 336
