One suggestion would be to use a more subtle colored background than the purple image. Maybe a taupe color.

Looks nice, though the header being fixed width while your other divisions are full width looks like a mistake. I'd do either everything full width or everything fixed and centered.
Also the descriptive text on the home page would be a lot easier to read flush left than centered. Most people skip over centered text as it reads to the eye as a headline which most people don't bother reading.
I would also change your free delivery information into a banner to set it apart more from the rest of the text and condense it a bit.
I would put the contact information like your phone number front and center - perhaps top left opposite of the "Welcome guest login" section. You might want to think about adding a live chat option too - the more options for people to realize they can talk to a real person the better for conversion.
Be careful of too many colors - I'd make your product description text black and revisit the color of your links. Your font in the banners is hard to read for the capitals - Cs look like Ps etc. Might want to use a different font for the capitals.
My 2 cents

Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
Another prime example when somebody uses a premium template, starts tweaking it, changing it, and in the end you manage to break it.
I would make something with that logo, it looks very childish, adn do something with the " We deliver FREE OF CHARGE in the Mainland UK!" block, it looks like somebody just taped it on you site, and does not belong to it.
