TOTAL IMPORT PRO UNDEFINED INDEX ERROR

I recently bought total import pro and i still get the same error.

After this, i upgraded to 1.5.1 and the error is the same but in a different document: public_html/catalog/controller/product/product.php.

I lose all the patience with the developers. they won't answer me, even if i bought also the tech support to help me make this work.

OK.I paid for the tech support. Why cant your technician just enter in the cpanel and solve this thing? As far as i know, i have no other extension installed

How about mine. I'm getting spammed with reset and new_items undefined index. those are in total_import.php and this is attempting with a test cart to get items in. I hope your around because I sent email a month ago and received no response. Not sure if you changed it or dropped it..

i still having the same problem
