Help with Paypal Please

Hi Guys

I’m sure I’m not the only person who has been faced with this issue.

I have added PayPal as my default payment gateway and when someone come to the website and orders a product and then follows the process to complete the payment and then pay using paypal without logging into paypal the sale is not listed on my dashboard but I still receive the payment in paypal.

Has anyone seen this issue before and know of a work around?

Could you please specify which PayPal Payment Gateway and which version of OpenCart you are using?

It's likely the issue you're having is the "Missing Orders" one. Go to Sales -> Orders, and filter by "missing orders". Are all the orders there?
