Undefined variable: entry_captcha in

I am new in opencart. I am using opencart 2.0.3.1 version of opencart. captcha on my website are not working
it shows an error in

Notice: Undefined variable: entry_captcha in E:\Localhost\xampp\htdocs\opencart\catalog\view\theme\xxxxxxx\template\information\contact.tpl on line 178

and the following error comes in review form.

Notice: Undefined variable: entry_captcha in E:\Localhost\xampp\htdocs\opencart\catalog\view\theme\xxxxxx\template\product\product_detail_default.tpl on line 348


There was no captcha.php file was present so I download and paste it in system\library\captcha.php

but still it is not working please help me

It seems that your theme does not compatible with OpenCart 2.0.3.1. You should contact to the developer to take a look at this problem.
