I have just install opencart 2.0.3 at my website on GoDaddy.com. I have having an issue trying to update this through settings. When I save the update I get an error message at settings/option/checkout. The error is "you must choose at least 1 order status" for both processing order status and complete order status. There is no dropdown menu to choose from and the box is greyed out so I can't input. The default order status dropdown menu is also empty so I can't choose one. I have PayPal Pro enabled as my checkout method and in this module the default order status dropdown is empty so I can't set it there. Any help is appreciated.

I have the same problem. I cannot complete the settings due to the missing order status AND I cannot add any new products nor customer groups. I get a success message after adding the information but nothing happens.

To correct this you must re-add all the order status under Setting/Localisation/Order Status, as they are missing.
I added: Pending, Complete, and Shipped
And that did the trick. I am now able to complete the options in the Edit settings for order status.
