Helpin PayPal not shown in payment choices

Hello everyone,
I have opencart ver 2.1.0.2, I need to put "paypal Payments Standard" to my payment methods there's no errors appear in any step, but when I try to order anything show all my payment method but the one I need it didn't, I tried all of the methods on the payment extension each one shown when I enable it, but this one I can't do it, any idea to fix this please
