migrating from local host to live server

I tried to migrate from localhost to live server, I moved all the files, exported/imported database, alterate both config.php, in the end I got these errors:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'srv/disk14/3086189/www/pieseauto.cf/system/startup.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php-7.3.8/share/pear') in /srv/disk14/3086189/www/pieseauto.cf/index.php on line 17

What have I done wrong?

Have you checked the path given in the error for the file the error says is missing ?

Please check startup file inside system folder. The path shows startup.php file is missing.
