Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help.

We currently take between 3-20 orders a day on our website. However a handful of customers maybe 20% are saying they are having problems placing the order.

They go through the whole order and put in their payment details. Then it re directs the customer back to the homepage. The order is not placed and their cart is still full.

We are still receiving orders so not sure why this is happening. When I log into the customers account and put payment details in it works just fine.

A few people have mentioned Google Chrome.

We take payments via SagePay. When I log into Sage it says that the payment hasn't gone through because of 15 minutes of no activity which is not true.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Use the debug mode and submit the transaction data (without confidential information). Only then should you know the customer's version.
