Creation of Opencart 2.2.0.0 theme from HTML/PHP static files

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to help with a little project.

We have an existing Opecart Installation at https://www.had-it.co.uk/. This is powered by Opencart 2.2.0.0. Functionality is great, however the style is a little dated and we're not keen on the menu structure.

We’ve also started building a new website using html/php. We need a small element of e-commerce so we looking for someone who would be able to create an OpenCart Theme from what we have built and then implement it fluidly together?

We're happy to either move the while site across to OpenCart and convert the static pages to OpenCart Information Pages. Alternately, I’m happy to just run the e-commerce part of the site separately and then just the rest of the site as static .php pages, as long as it was a fluid transition between the two within the navigation.

Please let me know your thoughts and your ideas on cost.
