[SOLVED] Client Uploaded Image Link Not Working

I have a store where the customer uploads an image to be printed. I've added the upload file button and it appears that it uploads the file and adds a string of characters for security.

The problem is when I look at the customer order details it shows the name of the uploaded file and a link to the file, but the link doesn't work.
Example: I uploaded an image called Hulk.jpg and the image was uploaded into the storage/upload folder. I see the file now called Hulk.jpg.p8MzfgdB06xcxxfrK11gFbepU21onOqG. so far so good.

When I login to the admin and view the order details. There is the file Hulk.jpg named and as a link.

I click Hulk.jpg and here is the error I get: Error: Could not find file /home/artisanart/public_html/store/system/storage/upload/Hulk.jpg.p8MzfgdB06xcxxfrK11gFbepU21onOqG!

The path looks mostly right and the file name looks fine except there is an ! at the end.

I just noticed that the link path is wrong. The path should not have /system/ in it. How can I change this?

Did you install an extension to get the customer upload facility?

I was able to figure out the problem.

The problem was in the config file. The path was wrong. I changed it to the right path and it found the files correctly.
