Looking for a developer to help with this payment processing issue:

We’re running 2.3.0.2 with journal 2.14.7
We have paypal and stripe as payment options. Also everyone uses PayPal cards or PayPal Express Checkout.
There is also a custom module we have enabled prior to the payment actually processing, however the issues was there before this was installed. And this mod has been debugged.

The issues is: some customers press confirm order button, and the page just hangs there - they are unable to complete their order.
It happens occasionally and across all platforms, iPhone, PC, ipad etc. Safari, chrome etc.

In missing orders, the order information is complete - all fields filled in.

If I complete the order myself for them, over the phone, the order processes fine and so it’s not a card issue.

I’ve not been able to replicate the error myself, but every day we get a few failed orders like this. Everyone I speak to say they press confirm and the page just hangs there.
