A lot of people tried to help you prior, no need to double post.

Go to menu admin - > systems - > maintenance - > error logs and check if any error lines are showing up.

Did you recently install a theme, extension or vqmod?

No error will show up its a 500. The OP has already been given options in the original thread.

Ditto both of the above

You have uploaded images before, so what did you break and when?
Undo whatever you did and try again ..

Look at your error logs - system => maintenance => error.log
Look at your log in modifications extensions => modifications => log
Are you using vqmod also?

The details of the error is incomplete
Assuming an error 500 - that is general and of little use
jquery-2.1.1.min.js is with opencart and is a script

I think you need to post this in the commercial section and ask someone to fix this for you.
I doubt it will be something complicated - just a poor extension you have installed.

PS since Sw!ch is online - why not PM him and ask hm REALLY nicely ..

Its a 500 error so you need to get the PHP server error log. If you contact your web host they will help you with locating the log.

As I mentioned in the other thread, its most likely related to PHP's memory limit. But there could be other things going on, so obtain the log and then post back the appropriate error. Once you do that the community here can then help you better address the issue.

A 500 error is sometimes thrown if you've triggered ModSecurity, so contact your web host.

What theme? What's the URL?
so contact your web host
Seems to be quite a conglomerate, possibly one reason, why they never mention a Shopsite URL ...
