Open cart version 3.0.2.0

Can you help me with this: Please ! i got the error after installed and extension

it happens at the very last step when the customer place the order. It happened I installed this extension that I am attaching here for you guys to look

Already in contact with the user. Will update the subject.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
