Hi guys
I have a problem with the dropdown menu on the checkout page.
When the checkout page opens, there are drop-down menus, and the customer fills in.
When you click on the drop-down menu, it opens for a second and then closes automatically.
How can I solve this problem.
This also happens on the shopping cart page. There are dropdown menus for Use Coupon Code and Use Gift Certificate.
What to do with this problem?
thank you

What theme are you using? Do you see any errors in your web browser's developer console?
I do not knowADD Creative wrote: ↑Tue Mar 09, 2021 12:02 amWhat theme are you using? Do you see any errors in your web browser's developer console?
This is the website url: https://simpleandeasy.shop/
Add any product to the cart, then open the shopping cart and try to open the
drop-down menus and tell me what you found.
Free does that involve the fact that a theme may work on its flawless level. I would, then, suggest to use a website analyzer prior to deploy this theme on a production store to ensure its full functionality. Besides, Website analyzers are also free of use; it's only fair!Diaplo wrote: ↑Tue Mar 09, 2021 1:37 amThe theme works well, also this theme is freemikeinterserv wrote: ↑Tue Mar 09, 2021 1:16 amThis is a problem with your theme by the look of it
You should contact the theme developer
Based on the Website Analyzer's reports, simply capture the results and, if error are to be found, to address them to the extension theme developer specifically.

As an alternative solution to a website analyzer, you could also revert the theme settings back to default and compare the results from your store. However, if you were to consider this option, and that your store is running live, ensure to set your store under temporary maintenance from your OC admin > systems > settings > edit settings > server tab before switching your theme.
