Dear forum friends,

I have a wish to completely remove (not just deactivate) as much as possible of all build in modules that come like standard in a OC installation. Of course modules that I'm not using. My current version is 3.0.3.2.

How is this done in best possible way? Is FTP the only way in the end???

Yes, only per FTP.

If you simply annoyed by default modules in the list, just remove their controllers, that's all. Otherwise you will have to remove a bunch of other files like models, templates and languages.

In the admin backend at Extensions > Extensions > Modules just click on the various Uninstall buttons for the modules you don't need.

Job done, quite easy!

No need for deleting files.
