Orders with same product in two different lines

Hello,
I am using 3.0.2.0 and have a problem.
Sometimes I receive orders with duplicated lines. I mean same product in different lines. For e.g.:
Product #1 - 1 pcs
Product #2 - 2pcs
Product #2 - 2pcs
Product #3 - 2 pcs

I think #Product #2 should be on the same line and 4pcs, yes? I'll attach pic of my last my case. I am not using attributes, so items are really same.

I can't reproduce this. I tried different sessions, different browsers, different languages. My eshop: https://www.favoritepostcard.com/
And I don't know what customers wanted to do - to buy only 2 or 4 pcs of product #2 :/
And one more problem, I am not selling out of stock products and usually everything works well. But in this case system lets to buy "out of stock". For eg. if I had only 2 pcs of product #2, after purchase I have -2.

Any ideas?

opencart3.03.1 have the same problem,the same product id (product without option )product appear twice in one order.
