Paypal commerce plugin
We get a lot of orders and everything seems to work fine and well. Today we found two orders on PayPal that were completed, but in the admin the sales went to Missing Orders vs Completed. This tells me that once the person paid for whatever reason the site never captured it. Where do I look or test to find out what happened? I don't see any log in the PayPal plugin.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the extension from the marketplace.
The logs should be in your storage folder under logs/paypal.log. Also check your PHP and OpenCart error logs.
