I cannot activate any new modules. Have no idea what happened as I hadn't made any changes for a couple of years. When I go to the Extension Installer / Modules, it says "Page Not Found".

How can I reload Open Cart and not lose my products?

I'm running 2.0.3.1 and need to upgrade also.

Your products are stored in the database
Contact your host for assistance if you are not sure

You can check the error log present on “System → Maintenance → Error Logs” to know what went wrong.
OpenCart store all the error in the log and it will use to resolve the issue that came into the website.

I'd bet your web host has installed some security like ModSecurity. Ask them to disable it then try again.

I am having the same results when trying to start the EXTENSIONS INSTALLER. I am getting a "Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server....."
I AM the host for the website, and the Mod Security and JailBreak both have been disabled.
I have yet to find a viable solution listed anywhere on how to fix this.
Help.

I would try cloning your database. Upload a clean version of OC into a sub folder. Adjust the config.php and admin/config.php files to show the new location. Run the upgrade scrip on the cloned database and see if you can log in.

This would be my preferred OC in your situation:
