Pieces Gift for Order Total

Compatible with multi shop, multi language and multi currency!

What does it do:
================
This module based on the total order amount, gift enables the selection of a predefined number.
If you have selected a gift order history of the customer and the administrator is shown.
If you have selected gift is sent order mail to customer and admin with selected gift list.

Requirements:
================
- This mod requires the vQmod engine to be installed (http://vQmod.com)
- This mod requires the html mail for admin ( change catalog/model/checkout/order.php )
- This mod requires the "Single Order Temp Id" vQmod to limit excessive temp orders:

This will ensure that the same order id is reused for a single customer instead of generating a new order id each time.
