This is a perfect modify for opencart, the original reivew is not enough for most user, you can not reply customer's review, only can edit the customer's review, and can not contact review customer,

this plugin is very simple, it's a vqmod file, the only you need to do , it's upzip the file to your site root fold.

Notice: this download file it's only for opencart default theme, if you have your own theme, and this download file maybe not work for your theme, then your will need to contact me, just send an emal to info@zhenshi.info and zip the necessory file about review to me, I will custom the vqmod file for you.
