This module is written based on Matt's UItoTop jQuery Plugin

INSTALL
------------
1. Copy js, css, image files into your corresponding folders in your website (inside yourtheme/ folder).
2. Open ui.totop.css file and change the url path of background image properties (if needed).
3. Copy totop.xml file to your vqmod/xml folder.
4. Open totop.xml file and change the src properties to your corresponding path.
