Easy add Smooth Page Scrolling to your site

Install
------------------------------
1. copy file scroll.png to your theme "ex: catalog\view\theme\default\image"
2. add "scrolltopcontrol.js" to folder js in your theme "ex: catalog\view\theme\default\js"
3. open "scrolltopcontrol.js" and find "controlHTML: '<img src="catalog/view/theme/default/image/scroll.png" style="width:61px; height:32px" />" change "default" to "your folder theme"
4. Go to "catalog\view\theme\yourtheme\template\common" open file "header.tpl" add below line before </head>

"<script type="text/javascript" src="catalog/view/theme/<?php echo $this->config->get('config_template'); ?>/js/scrolltopcontrol.js"></script>"
