Navigation Menu is a theme feature introduced for Version 1.5.1 and above. We includes an easy to use mechanism for introducing customized navigation menus into a theme. In order to incorporate menu support into your theme, you need to change a few code segments to your theme files.

you would simply visit the Extensions->Modules->Custom Menu panel in your site admin.

You can now use the GUI menu creator on this admin panel to put your menu together.
