This module is vqmod based so no more core changes compatible with 1.5.5.1

you can set cities in the module and assign shipping price to the cities ,as a result based on city chosen ,shipping price will be calculated

If you think old addresses where city is mentioned will be converted to city id, all by its own , that would be wrong.It would work perfectly with new addresses. Please note that it works with opencart default checkout system , other custom checkout extensions like onecheckout, quickcheckout etc won't be compatible with this.To make that compatible extra may be charged.
