Send an email to shop admin if the order status changes

This fully stand-alone module makes sure that the administrator of the shop receives an email if the status of an order is changed. It is exactly the same email as the customer would receive if the 'Notify' checkbox was checked.

This module does not modify any file of OpenCart.
