This Contact History will help to view the contact history in admin panel. along with the user ip and date.

Upload the files from the folder (Upload folder name) and once upload u can able to view the Contact history menu in top of the admin panel navigation menu. once u can able to view click to navigate before that assign permission.

System->user->users group ->assign permission
