Installation Instruction
=======================================================
Step 1:
Copy the contents of the "upload" folder to your store's top level directory, preserving the directory structure.
The contents will not overwrite anything due to new files.

Step 2:
2-1: Log in 'Administration' section and go to 'Extensions'->'Modules'
2-2: Click "Install" action for "COD Based Payment Restriction"
2-3: Click "Edit" action for "COD Based Payment Restriction"
