The fee covers support for 30 minutes.

When ordered you need to supply us with order number for your extension paid separately and login info and admin info for you website. This can be sent to dymo@koch-engineering.com

This info must include:

Extension Order number
FTP: server, login, password
OpenCart shop: admin login, password
