Welcome Video Popup

this will give you the abbilty to make a video popup for the homepage for once

installation instructions:
1. requires VQMOD ucan download https://github.com/vqmod/vqmod/releases
2. Copy folders inside Vqmod folder.
3. please activate the welcome module like this:
admin - extensions - modules - welcome
4. add module to the welcome and choose source add the youtube embed code like this:
