If you need a way to add detailed notes about a customer or an order this is for you. If you have multiple users or take backend sales this is a MUST!!!

Improved Sticky Notes (ISN) allows admin users to add notes to customers accounts or orders! However unlike adding a history note which only logs the date and the note ISN also logs the user who added it; a easy follow reference link and what type of note it is (sales, shipping, etc, can be custom list). But sticky notes doesn't stop there. It also allows you to make a note “Sticky” meaning anytime a user opens that customers profile or views that orders information a bright sticky note will appear at the top of the screen. For shop owners who add orders from the admin side “Sticky” customer notes will also be visible as you put in the order. In addition you also have the ability to allow a customer to view the notes on the front end. Either as a regular note on the account / order page or as a sticky note that appears right when they log in.
