Hello there and thanks for reaching out. If you are referring to the bell appearing on the options, this is not part of the functionalities of our module. When you select an option that is not available the Add to Cart button will simply change to a Notify Me button which will trigger this popup where you will be able to populate your information.

The template on our site has some very customised code around the Add to Cart button. How does this integrate with custom templates/themes?

Also, I'm assuming that this works with products using Option quantities instead of Product quantities?

Hello there and thanks for reaching out. If you have applied custom modification on your Add to Cart button, it is possible that the NotifyWhenAvailable module won't work out of the box for you. On your second question: if the product has options - yes the module will consider the selected options quantities. For products with no options, the main quantity will be used.

iSense used to have the best support. Now you have just turned into another dreamvention with WORST SUPPORT EVER!

This plugin breaks another plugin on my site which is "load more products on scroll" which basically makes my website useless. The only way it will work again is if i uninstall the extension.

However i've asked support to look into this and help me get it sorted but Anung Amarudin has not been helpful at all!

He wants me to install the extension first then he will look at it. The problem is, your reply takes 24 hours per reply. So if i install it, my website will be broken for 24 hours until he takes 1 day to look at the issue, and that isnt even sure how long more he is going to take to fix it.

So why can't he just install it for me once he is ready to look at the issue?

With developers like this Opencart is surely going down the drain in the near future.

Oh yea and his reply was he wants to charge me $35 and 2 business days for him to install the extension for me. WTF man like seriously? Has this what isense has come to. Its just double clicking and uploading the damn ocmod file.

Even my 6 year old can do this.

Hello there and thanks for sending over the requested information. I have just checked the case with the support team and they are now prepping a reply with the fix. Keep an eye on your inbox, for the ticket answer.
In the meantime, if the support team has provided you with an estimate for an installation, it is because all our extension come with easy to follow installation instructions and if someone request and additional installation service, this will need to be charged accordingly as it takes additional time for our developers. However, I see that the case was related to the fact that the module causes the issue after the installation, so I think there was some misunderstanding there. Nevertheless, please test out your website after the last reply that you will receive from our support and let us know if everything is ok. a) There is an option to enable receiving of an email when someone wants to be notified for out of stock product for the admin of the store specifically. There is also a whole tab called Waiting List which will show all of the customers that are waiting for a specific product. Is there a limit to how many options a product can have? I have 25 options with a mix of check boxes, radio buttons and text fields. Pending on which order I click on stuff, the Notify Me Button replaces the Add to Cart button when I select 20-24 options. When I deselect or erase a field the Add to Cart button comes back as if the Notify me button has reached it's option limit. I tried opening a ticket but I can't log in and it won't see me a password reset link. Thanks.

Does Cron required for this module or not?
If change product quantity Only from the Catalog > Products > Edit Cron is required?

If you want the notifications to work the Scheduled tasks function should be enabled. Regarding your second question, please elaborate more on it, as it is not clear to us.

I understand from documentation there are 2 cases:
1) Quantity changed from the Catalog > Products > Edit - scheduled task/cron not required. Email notification send at once.
2) Quantity changed from somewhere else - scheduled task/cron is required. Email notification send according to schedule.

NotifyWhenAvailable is designed to track all product quantity changes that are done from the Catalog > Products > Edit. So, whenever you change a product's quantity from 0 to a number greater than 0, NotifyWhenAvailable will spot that and act upon the matter by sending emails to all customers that are subscribed to the given product. However, if you change a product's quantity from somewhere else (quick edit modules, directly from the database or the inventory system), you will need the scheduling tasks in order to alert NotifyWhenAvailable and, therefore, the customers about the changes.

Installed this extension on my journal theme 3, but it messed up the mobile responsiveness of the site. The pages where I added this extension became unresponsive. The plugin works, but not worth it if it messes up your website like it did mine. Support couldn't also help. After uninstalling it, everything worked fine again. If you use this extension, make sure you have backed up everything.

Hello there and thanks for reaching out. This is a rule for all OpenCart modules out there. For OpenCart version 1.5.x the extensions use vqmod, for OpenCart version 2.x the extensions use ocmod and for 3.x they use events. It is like this because of the OpenCart structure.
