@jmora0324: Hi and yes,

ProductBundles is compatible with most of the well coded OpenCart themes. If you run into any issues, you can always open up a support ticket.

@plentypl: Hi and thanks for reaching out.

We can help with preliminary issues but if we have to make major reworks on the theme that would have to go through our paid customization services.

On your other question, yes, any issues that come from the plugin.

@allthingsrc: Hi and thanks for reaching out.

All of our modules are vqmod or OCmod powered only where needed, which means that the do not modify sensitive OpenCart information.

@plentypl: Hi and thanks for reaching out.

We have not tested the module with the Hazumi template in particular, but in most cases our module works out of the box or with minor modifications.

On your other question, yes, provided that the customer purchases a bundle of X amount of products, the module automatically adds them to their cart.

Hi @iSense,

Does this module alter any Opencart database tables or core files?

Thanks

Hi, will this work on the Hazumi template and if not would you be able to get this working with that template? .... also does this auto add the items to the checkout?

You got it working! Thank you for great customer service. I see now it was just a setting in the admin I did not know about.

Thanks for your response. I tried disabling the menu option, but I got the same error. I do have a modified site, and there must be some incompatibility with my modifications and product bundles extension, but I have no idea what that would be. I am not sure how to proceed.

@niora: Hi there,

Friday was a day off for us hence the slight delay. All tickets are now responded.

@northface: Hello,

Different development companies have different policies. We believe that essentially ownership is what people care about most, so this is why we have included it in our response. As far as Lifetime service and support, I do not believe this is something feasible, provided the costs of developing a product, supporting it, adding features and compatibility fixes etc.

I have turned in two support ticket through the extension, but have not had a response. My problem is that the bundle is not calculating the discount in the cart, and when I enable your extension I get an error msg on my site. Please advise as to what my next step should be.

I said nothing about ownership, I said that updates are not free after one year and that's the way it is in all of your extensions. After one year have to pay extra if want updates.

I just wanted to mention this because in general extensions (I have bought about 60 different extensions during past years) do have not have this kind of policy. This is the very first time the extension I have bought has this kind of policy.

Maybe you just do not want emphasize this because you have a link at the end of licensing text to your own web site in documentation tab and my guess is that few read it.

That's all. Thanks.

Hi @northface:

All products come with a one year license for support, not for the product itself. Once you purchase the product you own it forever. This means that after 1 year, you will still have your product licensed, but you will not have access to support and future version updates. In other words, you own the product forever, not for 1 year. It is the same way the Microsoft licensing works.

The problem is reported to our dev team and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot!

Please notice when buying this that updates are not free after one year. I did not notice that when bought this. Have to pay extra to get updates after that. I have not bought other iSenseLabs extensions -> maybe they have same policy for all other extensions too.

@daler_singh: Hi and thanks for reaching out.

We have not tested the ProductBundles alongside the MultiMerch so we cannot give a definite answer to this. A minor paid modification may be necessary from our side.
