Installation steps

1. Copy all files in respected folders.
2. Goto admin -> Extensions -> Shipping -> Zone Rates Shipping [Install]

You can set zone wise shipping rate calculate method by Item OR weight Or Price.
Example: 5:10.00,7:12.00 Item/Price/Weight:Cost,Item/Price/Weight :Cost, etc..
