модуль встал без проблем, пробовала залить на сайт до 1000 товаров, работает как только пытаюсь залить 9000 выдает ошибку : Отсутствуют product_ids в файле 'Products'! кто знает может есть ограничение, все id и name(ru-ru)заполнены, хотя нет картинок, как понять в чем проблемма в количестве или отсутствии картинок?

After update i have problems to make export file. I get this mesage: Welcome to the Export/Import Tool (V3.21) for OpenCart. If you need a customized version, let us know and we can create one for a charge. Currently used category IDs are between 0 and 0. Currently used product IDs are between 0 and 0. Every time i hit export i get this message. Please help.

installation worked fine but xlsx files can not be opened in excel, they are unreadable ver 2.0.1.1, any ideas?

In version 3.0.3.2 I keep getting this when trying to upload: Uploaded spreadsheet file has validation errors!

- If the product id value on your site last time you can continue there. If the value you take from the site is 30 if you give an example, you should either start from 30 or edit the excel table by number.

- There is an image tab next to the product tab on the pages in the Excel book, you should pay attention to the id numbers there. As a result of my efforts, I realized that there are no pictures of products that are the only product images. I was giving error during the installation, and I manually entered the id and product image paths.

- You also get an error when the product id is empty. Example: 301-303 can not have to be 302. Note the image tab when you change this field.

- The best way to correct errors is to enter the first product in your new site, then export and check the columns. If you enter the products that way you will not receive errors.

- what I wrote above took my 2 weeks :)

Hi, this extension is amazing! Is it compatible with theme Journal 3 from Themeforest? And will there be any usage instructions provided?

It should work with Journal3.
However, we strongly advise against the usage of Journal3, it's one of the worst OpenCart themes, see this OpenCart forum thread: https://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=157098

We usually write our own web themes. However, this one is pretty standard compliant: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=36706

If you need other functions, beyond a web theme, such as a blog, you should get a proper OpenCart extension for your wanted functionality.

There should be some more relevant error messages before that, you can ignore the Twig warning messages.

I created a ticket on "get Support" here is its ID "233179" but it's been 3 days now, no response from support side.
